I wanted to inform you about a great opportunity for your students. The University of Michigan will be hosting a computer science camp for high school students (grades 9-12) at the Michigan Engineering Zone in Detroit. U-M faculty and students will teach the camp, and it will be a great way for students to explore computer science through hands-on activities.

The commuter camp will take place August 1st – 4th, and it is FREE for attendees.

If you could, please pass along this information to your students. I’ve attached a flyerhere that can be downloaded and shared with others.
