A life-changing experience, the National Catholic Youth Conference is for all high school students in grades 9 - 12 during the 2025-2026 school year, at any high school.
It is the largest gathering of Catholic teens in the United States – typically around 12,000 young people attend.
The theme of the Conference is "I Am," where we'll explore our identity in Christ. The conference entails concert performances from some of the biggest Catholic musicians in the country, Mass and confession, speakers, workshops about relatable topics, and time in prayer and with friends.
This is what teens are saying about the event in past years:
“God told me clearly to let myself be loved by Him.”
“[After NCYC] I want to place my problems in my faith, and rely on Jesus.”
“God told me clearly to let myself be loved by Him.”
“I thought this would be another retreat that I would get bored with but I felt connected to God for the first time in a long time as he lifted the burden of my problems and embraced me”
Full Trip Details: The conference takes place Nov. 20-23. We will leave that Thursday morning, and arrive back home the afternoon of that Sunday.

Please do not let cost deter you! Reach out to Youth Ministry Coordinator Brennan McHugh at [email protected] if you need financial aid.
Important dates for signup: April 14, first signup deadline - $300 deposit and online registration form. Price at this deadline is $750. Price will increase by $50 after April 14 and another $50 after May 9.

God moves in the lives of our young people at this event, and Shrine typically brings a group of almost 100 people, hence such early signups! It is one of the best opportunities in the country for our young people to encounter Jesus + God's love.
All students registering must be in good standing in conduct and academically. Parents or chaperones who would like to attend are also welcome.
