DROP-OFF:
Each morning, enter from the parking lot off of the WOODWARD side. There will be cones guiding you to a two-lane drop-off area. Please pull ALL THE WAY UP (near the dumpster) as the lanes tend to back up onto Woodward. Mrs. Valdes and Mrs. Bankowski will be going car to car to get your child out and assist them into the building. (At your child’s designated meet-and-greet time slot, your teacher will give you a laminated piece of paper that has your child’s designated class symbol on it. Please place this in your window or windshield upon pulling up so we know in those first few weeks which classroom your child will be going to. Your child will also be given a bag tag to place on their tote bag to help them/us, as well.)
PICK-UP:
For pick-up, we ask that you please PARK in the Woodward/ECC parking lot. Once you see your child’s teacher come out with their class, you must walk up to the doors to get your child. The purpose of the Mothers Club is to enhance the Shrine community through our service, concern, and commitment.
The Mothers Club is comprised of a board of four elected officers, approximately 50 chairpersons, and 25 committees that provide fundraising, service and social connections for our community. Together, we assist the school administration and staff, enrich student educational opportunities, promote social events, and hold fundraisers.
The Mothers Club newsletter is distributed via email and meetings occur every other month in the Shrine Parish Conference Center.
There are a wide range of flexible time commitments available during the day, evening, and weekends. Because many hands aid in the success of our committees, all are encouraged to play an active role in the Shrine Catholic Grade School Mothers Club, and help advance the welfare of the children in our school.
