Shrine Catholic High School Names Varsity Football Coach
ROYAL OAK, Mich. – February 10, 2023 – Shrine Catholic High School names Mr. Brent Widdows as the new Varsity Head Football Coach.
After a review of dozens of applications and multiple in-person interviews, Mr. Widdows experience and enthusiasm stood out among a highly regarded field of coaches. With more than 20 years of coaching, including ten years of head coaching experience, Mr. Widdows brings with him a vast knowledge of the game as well as coaching experience in the sport of track and field.
We look forward to continuing to enhance and grow our Football program across our school system as well as our cooperative partnership with Southfield Christian for the 2023-2024 season. Mr. Widdows will be on campus regularly to meet with our students and looks forward to attending many community events throughout the coming months.
