Personal Statement
I love teaching because I love helping people. I live for the lightbulb moments when a student truly understands a concept. Teaching language and culture adds another aspect for me as I get a chance to introduce students to another way of living that may not be completely different from their own. Studying a foreign language creates so much more opportunity for the future. It is extremely important that our students are prepared to enter the world as global citizens ready to succeed.
